Order cancellation can only occur before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched there is no option to cancel it. Please note that they are liable to make the full payment for orders that are processed. Refusal of delivery is also not allowed and the customer would still be liable to make the payment.
Returns and Refunds
We at Yapple follow very high standards of manufacturing and printing. Each and every product goes through our stringent check procedure. In case there is any manufacturing defect or size issue we are more than happy to offer you replaced product. For that, you have a raise a replacement request with us. Please note that this replacement is available once per product. You can raise the replacement request on WhatsApp.
In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues with the products you have received we would be very keen to understand your feedback with a picture of the product and take appropriate action. Any returns or refunds made by Yapple is at the sole discretion of Yapple and may vary based on the situation.
In case of a refund, a store credit or coupon code will be provided that has the value equivalent to the refund amount.
